Exchange, Return and Warranty Policy
Our exchange policy is valid for 7 calendar days, starting from the date that the item was received. Exchange is only applicable for wrong order/items delivered, or items with defects/issues. Otherwise, exchange is not allowed.
Exchanged item has to be unused and in the same condition that you have received it in. Please note that invoice or any proof of purchase is required for you to be eligible of the return.
Refund is only applicable for items with major defects or mechanical issues noticed at the point of purchase. Any accidental damages will not be applicable for refunds.
Please contact us if you would like a refund. The refund process will be advised. Once the item has been received, it will be inspected. We will notify you on the status of the refund after the inspection.
All adjustable tables are entitled to a 10-year warranty, mainly covering its motor system. All chairs are entitled to a 3-year warranty. We warrant that the product bought will match with the description and our promised use of the chair.
All warranties are automatically applied starting from the date of purchase.
Any wear and tear, accidental damages, minor deviation from stated purpose/uses. improper care and negligence will NOT be covered by the warranty.
Warranty is not applicable for any accessories, including monitor arms and cable management spine.
